Googleit is mine and my partners first time moving out and gina and chloe have been so helpful and guided us through the whole process , they always answer questions quickly and have made everything so much easier for us. would definitely recommend this agency they are brilliant!!!!

I would not want to navigate the minefield of being a landlord without the help of a letting agent and the team at Your Move tick all the boxes for a reasonable fee to cover the services they provide. GoogleOrganise viewings on properties that are already under offer just to have unpaid time out of work and time wasted Had a couple viewings in the rain where the agent also didn’t turn up and I was left outside for nearly half an hour before I gave up and left personally wouldn’t bother luckily there’s many other letting agents locally

GoogleExchanged 3rd August, Completion 5th August Buying a property through Your Move Lowestoft and Lee has been absolutely amazing. We are first time buyers and I had all kinds of questions and concerns. There were also delays in queries getting dealt with and if it were not for Lee, I think we would still be waiting. Anytime I have called, I was able to get hold of them, All my questions were answered quickly and promises made for me were kept, I really couldn't have asked for more. When it comes a time to sell up, I'm giving them a call.

GoogleOur estate agents changed to your move. Chloe and Gina were absolutely amazing. Helpful amd understanding when we were sending our paper work in. I met Gina when she came to check the smoke alarms. I get bad anxiety and she was so lovely I felt so at ease!

GooglePretty embarrassing for the director Oliver hurren who himself owned the property I rented. Lets the property get in such a state and doesnt do serious repairs that I was left with no choice but to call environmental health and he gets an improvement notice issued against him. The property has serious subsidence, a 3cm crack along the entire wall and ceiling. Looks like the ceiling is going to cave in any moment and actual rain water leaking through the kitchen ceiling and all he does is make excuse after excuse after excuse and does nothing. Also has the cheek to increase the rent while the place is in the disrepair it is. You might have more luck if your landlord doesn't work for the company and actually cares about their property and spends money on maintaining it.
