GoogleLee Newrick is extremely personable, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. Having dealt with Lee for sometime now I would not consider using anyone else but him or Your Move. Fantastic service by far the best in Lowestoft.

GooglePLEASE STAY AWAY FROM YOUR MOVE OLIVER JAMES. They never respond to your emails or phone calls especially when it’s about you safety while being in their rented properties. We have had our gate broken into, we have had our lock tampered with and today we had the door slammed in. We have informed our landlords about this several times before today’s events via the above and nothing has been done. They don’t care about your safety. The police are confused as to why they don’t help also. They haven’t helped us in any shape or form they leave you in the lurch, when they should be fixing our gate and our lock but they don’t help you out.

GoogleI give your move 5 star it was my first time buying a house and the friendliness of the staff was amazing and if I had any problems they were always willing and there to help me and had to contact them recently due to another issue and I will have to praise lee newrick for all his help wouldn't know what I'd of done without him amazing and trustworthy company would recommend them to anyone I know.

GoogleViewed a property in Lowestoft which looked lovely in the photos. Well in reality it should have been condemned, piles of old bricks and rubble piled up in the front garden, all the window frames rotted out, broken glass everwhere, filthy kitchen and a balcony that l wouldn't trust to a cats weight. How does an apparently reputable agent allow itself to get involved in a slum property. As a landlord l would be so ashamed to bring this to the market and suprised any agent would be interested in doing so.

GoogleAVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE absolutely useless and no help towards their customers, time wasters would be an understatement. The manager Oliver James, what a RUDE MAN. Steer clear at all costs and try to go with a respectable estate agent who won’t lead you down the garden path. Sadly not an option available for zero star’s so one will have to do.

GoogleWorse than the property management company they took over last year, they take your money then do nothing or very little after. Rarely respond to any problem you may have and when they do they ignore the issue anyway. Contact via email or any other form is also ignored and if it isn't ignored in the first instance they don't follow up on what you've made contact for anyway. Work that needs doing is rarely done and when it is it's always done by the cheapest cowboys they can find so you end up with the same problem months later. I wouldn't recommend these to anybody.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
