Edit after my fried has moved out I assure you take many many pictures when you move in and even then beware still waiting on deposit .... EDIT : I AM NOT THE TENANT. MY REVIEW IS MERELY THIS THINGS I HAVE WITNESSED FIRSTHAND IN THE LAST 2 MONTHS, LITERALLY ALLOWING PEOPLE TO MOVE INTO UNINHABITABLE PROPERTIES WITH NO CONSIDERATION FOR PEOPLE'S MENTAL HEALTH OR PHYSICAL HEALTH Also as an owner of a property I'm looking to sell and buy a new property due to the complete shambles I've seen I would never consider yourselves;the way your branch manager does not look into the issues and the things that he says he would and doesn't call back and assumes matters have been dealt with Do not rent from them if they maintain the building because they do not respond Terrible customer serivce, No correspondence or answers to repeated emails. Left with no hot water since move in date No tap in kitchen literally removed tap put a stopper on and left unusable tap beside sink Window still broken should have been fixed by move in date so the flat doesn't contain heat Incorrect electric company listed on the tenancy. No correspondence to request to place a phone line to allow WiFi which is these days a necessity Broken electric heater only in one room so No heating within property

None were been selected even after we both were working. Later we got connected with YourMove at Gorleston, and the support from here was so good and very professional. At the beginning of May we had the most stressful news we had been given 8 weeks to move house with our two children as our landlord wanted to sell. Things seemed so stressful and a long way off until we come across a property that was with your move. What can I say chloe and Gina were absolutely incredible made a stressful situation feel less stressful, they went above and beyond with us. We got a viewing very quickly and were excepted that day. Our references were all complete within a week and we moved a week later. We are so grateful to gina and chloe for being so fast and efficient and empathetic with our situation. Well where do I start...Gina and Chloe have been absolutely amazing from the get go,nothing is to much trouble and have made the process so easy for me to deal with,moving my elderly uncle up from London and finding the right place was proving to be difficult but Gina made it happen... communication is brilliant and even contacted me on her day off!!! After having issue after issue with previous estate agents when trying to find a property to rent, I was ultimately nervous about going through the process again. However, Chloe and Gina have made the whole process go so smoothly, any issues or questions they’ve been readily available and willing to help however they can. Chloe went above and beyond to squeeze us into a tight schedule so we could view a house last minute which turned out to end up being the house we chose to rent. Gina was also on it to help me sort an issue we came across and helped us to resolve it quickly. I really can’t fault either of them at all.
