GoogleGina and Chloe have been extremely helpful to me and my experience with them has been amazing. Their response time is brilliant and no matter what questions I had, I always got an answer. They are such good people and amazing at what they do. Unlike most people you can genuinely have a laugh with them and don’t feel like it’s strictly professional. Honestly, those two need the biggest raise going 😂.

GoogleWe had to show around potential new tenants in our own time and the your move agent didn't come and assist We lived in the property for just over 6 months They where very awkward when we said we where going to leave Also a boiler maintenance person turned up unannounced and we didn't get given our 24hr notice They kept nearly £300 of our deposit for "cleaning" we left the property in a better state than when we moved in grass cut and shed emptied and all of our belongings removed and we fully cleaned the house When we moved in grass was uncut and shed was full of previous Tennant belongings I wouldn't recommend your move or would want to use them ever again

GoogleChloe and Gina helped me and my partner move Into a house. Gina showed us around the house and helped us vision the layout off how we could have it. With a baby on the way she was very enthusiastic and kind towards us and very helpful with us getting accepted. We would like to say thank you for all your help and kindness.
