GoogleWe were really impressed with the service we received from Norwich Your Move. We bought a house through them, and found the staff, particularly Emma, to be professional, efficient, helpful and friendly. Even after the sale went through Emma went out of her way to help when we had further queries. A refreshing change from past experience we've had with the other big name Norwich estate Agent Chains.

GoogleWe have just completed a year long tenancy with Your Move. We were more than happy with the friendly staff, quality of information and speed of service. We had a lovely year in the property and when things did need repairing (rarely) or we had a query it was instantly sorted out. Moving on but will definitely lean towards using Your Move again in the future...

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant service. I would strongly recommend Bennetts Lettings to anyone. I have rented accommodation for the last 10 years and can honestly say I have never received the attention that Bennetts Lettings have provided. Bennetts Lettings have called when they say they would, made suitable arrangements for viewings and also made sure we had all of the information we requested. 10/10 for service.

I can honestly say out of all of the agents Your Move Bennetts were the best at keeping me up to date and informed on the latest properties for Sale. Emma knew exactly my requirements and kept in constant communication with me. Extremely professional service!

GoogleSimon Coates was absolutely superb when he dealt with the purchase of my property. An absolute star! Being a mother of a young child buying a property was extremely daunting but I had consistent contact, regular updates and he made me feel so secure and relaxed! Every time I phoned up I felt so less stressed afterwards and the whole team who I spoke to many times also did a fantastic job and made me feel at ease so much, I can’t thank Simon, Emma and the rest of the great team at Your Move Bennett’s enough! Highly recommend thank you! :) x

GoogleWe bought our first house, recently. Emma Cox was the seller's agent and we can't recommend her, and Your Move Bennetts highly enough, for their commitment to arranging all the paperwork and getting things chased up in good time (and with good humour). We'll definitely consider using them if we sell our house any time soon.

GoogleA great experence renting with Bennetts Lettings. I have been renting my flat for a couple of months and I honestly can’t say a single bad word about the team at Your move. I have mostly dealt with Simon Coates who always helps when I have a problem, no matter how small. From the start all my calls and emails were answered quickly and helpfully. I have found Simon and also David Bennett to be very efficient and prompt if I’ve needed help. Have recommended already to friends and will continue to do so!

Googlehad a viewing booked for 5pm today had to travel from Lowestoft to Gt Yarmouth and then phone while at property to say they don't have the key its at another branch! Surely they knew this and could of phoned earlier to save a wasted trip

GoogleAbsolutely shocking treatment of my partner and brother who rented from this firm. DO NOT EVER use this branch. Tried their best to not return the deposit to young people, just disgusting.

Our email address is gorleston@your-move.co.uk. All deposits are held in a controlled deposit scheme and there is no advantage for us to delay the return of a deposit to a tenant, we are simply the middle person in negotiating any deductions between the Landlord and Tenant. The majority of deposit disputes are due to rent arrears or damage caused by the tenant, any amounts deducted go to the Landlord and not us the agent. To clarify we have nothing to gain in delaying the return of a deposit to a tenant. We wish your partner and brother all the best with their onward plans.
