GoogleWe recently bought a house which Your Move were selling. Emma Cox dealt with the sale and was excellent. We had a slow and long process due to the seller using a very poor firm of conveyancers but Emma worked tirelessly to get the sale over the line. We were speaking to each other multiple times a day and Emma was always friendly, polite and kept a good sense of humour despite a very difficult set of circumstances. We ended up completing just before Christmas. Thank you Emma!

GoogleOliver James is the worst! Bad service is an understatement! The manager Oliver is so rude and he would'n't hear my thoughts when trying to sell my home. I have already got another more reputable company to sell and they are fantastic! Oliver I would like to say you will never get my business again and I will make sure other people know about you!

GoogleVery poor. If there is a problem with a rental property they make a snail look turbo charged. If they were as fast dealing with an issue as they are taking money they would be fantastic. They do not provide a good service for landlords.

GoogleWe have very pleased with the service received from the Lowestoft Office from Nadia and Ashley. Everything has been done professionally and more importantly, we have been kept up to date with all transactions as they happen, saving a lot of anxiety! We would recommend Your Move to friends and family in the future. In fact, we have already spoken to a friend who is thinking of putting his property on the market who lives in another part of Suffolk. We wish the Lowestoft Office lots of luck for the future. GoogleThe Your Move Gorleston team did a great job selling our house. Advertised online within 48 hours and plenty of viewings. Sold within a couple of weeks and we got more than we expected. Their Gorleston High Street position was a key factor for us when selling locally along with their well established brand.
