GoogleVery impressed with the Estate Agent Your Move. Both Olli and Daniel were extremely polite, efficient and helpful with the purchase of our first property in Beccles, suffolk. Olli was especially patient dealing not only with myself but my parents too and no enquiry, request went ignored. Would definitely recommend the service.

GoogleI am delighted to recommend the team at YourMove in Beccles. Olli took over my probate sale after I had become disillusioned with another estate agent. Olli remained professional, focussed and determined throughout. I was always kept informed of viewings as they were booked, and feedback was obtained quickly and relayed back to me. YourMove’s system called “My Move” was an invaluable tool, allowing me to track interest in the property and viewings. Despite some unforeseen difficulties, Olli worked tirelessly to bring the sale to a conclusion, providing regular updates and advice on issues as they arose, never losing interest and always retaining a professional manner and sense of humour. Olli is well supported by his manager Daniel. I would not hesitate to use this branch of YourMove again.

They responded to all messages and calls quickly and efficiently, and made a fantastic effort to sell our house in a short period of time. I would highly recommend Your Move, Beccles.

GoogleThis was our 15th house move and we have never been so impressed with an estate agent as we were with Daniel and Oli, they were extremely professional, nothing was too much trouble and their sheer enthusiasm was key to selling our house quickly. Their communication is fantastic and we would not hesitate to use them again and we can't recommend them highly enough.

GoogleI bought my bungalow through this estate agents in Beccles. There was one gentleman in particular who I would always go to for future advice concerning anything to do with buying and selling a property. I don’t know his surname but he was called Daniel. Very professional and helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate using them again should the need arise.

GoogleUnbelievably unprofessional! We had to call three times to arrange the viewing of a property. After the first two attempts of being told they would “get back to us” (they didn’t call back once) My husband finally made the third attempt and agreed on a date and time to view the property. After standing outside the property for 20 minutes it became obvious that nobody was assisting the viewing. We called “Your Move Oliver James Beccles” to find out what was wrong only to be told they had no record of our appointment! No, I wouldn’t recommend this business and would give zero stars for their communication skills!
