GoogleWe purchased a house through Your Move Bennetts and it was an excellent experience. Emma was always available to answer any of our questions and concerns and went above and beyond to ensure we were able to purchase our dream home. Simon was always very accommodating with scheduling viewings. We really couldn't have had a better experience and would recommend them to anyone.

GoogleHuge disappointment! I will never deal with this agency again! They take advantage of your understanding and patience. 1 month passed and still did not get my secured deposit back. They are playing with the money for their own use. I will look to take this matter to the right authorities.

Nadya, we are reviewing our previous reviews and are disappointed with your comments which sorry to say are untrue. We believe the issue arose from having incorrect bank details from yourself, which we amended once we realised the money had bounced back, of course this delayed the usual time it takes to return deposit monies. Your comment about "playing with the money for their own use" is factually incorrect and disappointingly unfounded. We have no access to the bank account from branch which the deposit monies are lodged in to, so your accusation is completely ungrounded in reality. We believe you received your money ok in the end without having to take your issue further. Regardless, we hope you are keeping well and feel we had a good relationship with you as a customer of ours, adding to the further regret we feel with your review.

Muzz Yeo, we're reading back previous reviews and we'd like to reply to this, as your comments are confusing and in all truth incorrect. Our properties do go online, unless in the extremely rare occasion a seller requests they don't for personal reasons.

GoogleLetting department - Unfortunately they have a very bad, defensive attitude! They did find a tenant for me on my first property, however they did mislead that tenant on a couple of things which I've since had to sort out ie. length of the tenancy and whether appliances were included. However I went to book them to Let out another property and got a horrible attitude from them. When I told them I didn't like their attitude they suggested I go elsewhere. What a shock! I do not recommend using that office for Letting.

Feedback is always appreciated and while we can't comment too much on issues the tenant raised with you direct, we don't believe there was any misleading with the length of tenancy. Your comments about our tone towards you is disappointing as we certainly feel that's not in our nature. We do hope you are keeping well and the good working relationship we felt we had with you compounds the disappointment we feel upon reading your comments.

GoogleI didnt sell with your move, but the house i was buying was. Emma was amazing and kept in touch with me all the way through, nothing was too much and i was really impressed, due to covid it was a differcult time to move and emma made it nice and easy. I would highly recommend and will use your move again in the future if i ever was to sell again.

GoogleWas very pleased with my experience from Your Move Bennett’s. Right from the start they gave me good professional advice. They sold my house in great timing and made the whole process stress free! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team there.

GoogleI give your move 5 star it was my first time buying a house and the friendliness of the staff was amazing and if I had any problems they were always willing and there to help me and had to contact them recently due to another issue and I will have to praise lee newrick for all his help wouldn't know what I'd of done without him amazing and trustworthy company would recommend them to anyone I know.

GooglePLEASE STAY AWAY FROM YOUR MOVE OLIVER JAMES. They never respond to your emails or phone calls especially when it’s about you safety while being in their rented properties. We have had our gate broken into, we have had our lock tampered with and today we had the door slammed in. We have informed our landlords about this several times before today’s events via the above and nothing has been done. They don’t care about your safety. The police are confused as to why they don’t help also. They haven’t helped us in any shape or form they leave you in the lurch, when they should be fixing our gate and our lock but they don’t help you out.
