My partner and I have been delighted with the service from the lettings manager Simon Coates. We became very downhearted about finding a rental property but the advice he gave us about the entire process has helped us massively to find a new home, which we’ve now settled in to thanks to the professionalism and help from Your move. We recently sold our house with Your Move Bennett's in Norwich and can recommend Emma and Lee very highly. The service is excellent, very responsive and they work hard with all the other parties (buyer, seller and all other Estate Agents and solicitors in the chain) to find information, chase delays and resolve problems.

Delighted with the service from the lettings manager Simon Coates at Your Move who found me a lovely flat in Norwich, and since the start I have been thrilled with the service. I had to move during a stressful time for me but Simon’s efficiency and re-assuring nature made it all seem so straight forward. Also I’m not technical so when I had to repressurise my boiler he even popped out to do that for me as it’s such a simple job, otherwise I would have been billed by a plumber! I highly recommend this agency.

We recently used Your Move Beccles to buy and sell and would highly recommend! We had several agents value our property (and take us to viewings) and by far Your Move were the most professional and friendly therefore we chose to use them for our sale too. We had a couple of houses fall through due to COVID-19 and Oli in particular was on the phone reassuring us and keeping us updated. All staff were very helpful and Oli not only done his job but went above and beyond chasing people to help us move which we finally have and we are so very grateful for all of the help. Will definitely recommend to anyone we know wanting to buy and/or sell. Thanks guys!
