Well where do I start...Gina and Chloe have been absolutely amazing from the get go,nothing is to much trouble and have made the process so easy for me to deal with,moving my elderly uncle up from London and finding the right place was proving to be difficult but Gina made it happen... communication is brilliant and even contacted me on her day off!!! Can't thank these girls enough... certainly know their stuff,didn't have to chase for details or answers...these girls are on the ball. Excellent at their job...would put more stars if I could!!!

I was looking to rent a place, not having had to do so for 20yrs it was all a new experience and a learning curve to say the least. By chance a property I liked was with this company and there I had the pleasure of meeting Chloe and Gina. I cannot praise these two lovely ladies enough!! Both were friendly, approachable, and efficient. They answered all questions in a very helpful manner, were never impatient with me and my lack of knowledge!! Because of them would I recommend your move? Yes I most definitely would, especially the Gorleston branch!! So I'm now at the point where I just have the last bits to sign and I will have my new home. So again many thanks to Gina and Chloe who are amazing people and a credit to the company!

Edit after my fried has moved out I assure you take many many pictures when you move in and even then beware still waiting on deposit .... EDIT : I AM NOT THE TENANT. MY REVIEW IS MERELY THIS THINGS I HAVE WITNESSED FIRSTHAND IN THE LAST 2 MONTHS, LITERALLY ALLOWING PEOPLE TO MOVE INTO UNINHABITABLE PROPERTIES WITH NO CONSIDERATION FOR PEOPLE'S MENTAL HEALTH OR PHYSICAL HEALTH Also as an owner of a property I'm looking to sell and buy a new property due to the complete shambles I've seen I would never consider yourselves;the way your branch manager does not look into the issues and the things that he says he would and doesn't call back and assumes matters have been dealt with Do not rent from them if they maintain the building because they do not respond Terrible customer serivce, No correspondence or answers to repeated emails. Left with no hot water since move in date No tap in kitchen literally removed tap put a stopper on and left unusable tap beside sink Window still broken should have been fixed by move in date so the flat doesn't contain heat Incorrect electric company listed on the tenancy. No correspondence to request to place a phone line to allow WiFi which is these days a necessity Broken electric heater only in one room so No heating within property

None were been selected even after we both were working. Later we got connected with YourMove at Gorleston, and the support from here was so good and very professional. I would thankful especially to Gina and Chloe who were dealing the process for letting done a fabulous job in very friendly and professional way. At the beginning of May we had the most stressful news we had been given 8 weeks to move house with our two children as our landlord wanted to sell. Things seemed so stressful and a long way off until we come across a property that was with your move. What can I say chloe and Gina were absolutely incredible made a stressful situation feel less stressful, they went above and beyond with us. We got a viewing very quickly and were excepted that day. Our references were all complete within a week and we moved a week later. We are so grateful to gina and chloe for being so fast and efficient and empathetic with our situation. Overall, my experience as a tenant was mixed. The move-in process was smooth and well organized. Communication was clear, everything was ready on time, and getting the keys was straightforward, which made settling in easy. Unfortunately, the move-out process was much more difficult. Communication became slower, and dealing with the deposit was frustrating as I now had to raise a dispute since I have received no response regarding the deposit 2 months after I had moved out. Also, the property was up for sale during my tenancy which is fine, however on one occasion - the agent entered the property with prospective viewers while I was still at home - despite telling them that I will be present. He decided to knock and then enter the property instead of waiting a minute or two for me to open the door. This made me feel uncomfortable and that my privacy was not being respected.

Extremely poor communication from Your Move. Our tenancy ended weeks ago and we have had to repeatedly chase for updates regarding our deposit. Multiple emails and phone calls were ignored, and despite being told by Caraline that we would receive updates, we were repeatedly left waiting without any meaningful response. We were also never provided with a check-in inventory when we moved into the property, yet issues are now being raised at the end of the tenancy. After weeks of delays, the only information provided was that the landlord was obtaining a quote for a front door threshold which was already loose during our tenancy. Very disappointing service and a frustrating experience from start to finish. Never Again with this company

‼️‼️Absolutely disgraceful service. It has been over 1.5 months since we moved out and we are still waiting for our deposit. We have had to chase them constantly, only to receive the same copy-and-paste responses and be passed around with excuses about the accounts team. No one takes responsibility, no one follows up, and there is no sense of urgency when it comes to returning tenants’ money. This has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I have ever had with a letting agency. Avoid if you don’t want unnecessary stress and endless delays.

Avoid this letting agent.!!!! After our tenancy ended, we agreed the deposit deductions, provided our bank details when requested, and were repeatedly assured that our refund was being processed. We were told it had been approved, sent to the accounts team, and would be paid within 3, 5 working days. Weeks later, despite numerous emails and phone calls, we still had not received the agreed refund and were forced to open a formal dispute with mydeposits. After reading many similar reviews from other customers, our experience unfortunately does not appear to be an isolated case. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this letting agent.

After having issue after issue with previous estate agents when trying to find a property to rent, I was ultimately nervous about going through the process again. However, Chloe and Gina have made the whole process go so smoothly, any issues or questions they’ve been readily available and willing to help however they can. Chloe went above and beyond to squeeze us into a tight schedule so we could view a house last minute which turned out to end up being the house we chose to rent. Gina was also on it to help me sort an issue we came across and helped us to resolve it quickly. I really can’t fault either of them at all.
