GoogleRecently got a properly through this branch with the help of Chloe and Gina and they were very helpful! They made it very easy for me, my partner and themselves to communicate with eachother by creating a group chat which I thought was a brilliant idea! Was much easier than having to send about 4 messages to different people. On the whole out experience with them was smooth and quick especially with it being the build up to Christmas at the time, thank you for all your help :)

GoogleRequested to view new build property in Ormesby last Friday. Called on Monday afternoon asking to book in to view the property as I had not been called. Was told all the sales staff were out on appointments and they will call me back. It’s now Thursday, the property is still for sale and I’ve not had a call back. Awful customer service.

They are such good people and amazing at what they do. Unlike most people you can genuinely have a laugh with them and don’t feel like it’s strictly professional.
