Our experience with Your Move was fantastic from start to finish. From the moment Ollie first introduced himself and got the process moving, we felt confident we had chosen the right estate agent. Ollie, Lee, Maya and Holly were all brilliant throughout the whole journey of selling our home and buying our new property. When our first sale unfortunately fell through, the team were incredibly supportive and proactive. Instead of letting things stall, they quickly got back to work marketing our property and managed to find another buyer for our home. Their knowledge of the local property market and determination really made a difference at a stressful time. Lee was also very patient with us while we were looking for the right home to buy. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and suggested properties that genuinely suited us, which made the house hunting process much easier. One thing that really stood out was the communication. We were kept fully updated throughout both the sale of our house and the purchase of our new home. The team were always quick to respond and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. They were also very proactive in chasing solicitors and others in the chain to keep everything progressing as smoothly as possible, which is exactly what you want from a professional estate agent. Selling and buying a house can be stressful, but the team at Your Move made the whole experience far more manageable. If you are looking for a reliable, professional and supportive estate agent to sell your home or help you buy a property, we would highly recommend Your Move. I can highly recommend Ollie and his team at Your Move Beccles, they have been nothing but exceptional in my opinion throughout the sale of our property. I’ve thought long and hard to think of anything they did that we didn’t like, and honestly, there’s nothing. I wanted to leave a review because our dealings with estate agents on our three previous moves were far from perfect, in fact they were typical of what gets this business a bad name. Before meeting Ollie we had thought we would be using a different agency, however they were nothing like as professional or as realistic about the value of our property. We actually sold for more than they suggested it was worth and we are in a falling market. Anyone can sell properties for less than market value, because they generally sell themselves. Think about it, and if you want to achieve a realistic price then give Your Move Beccles a call, you won’t be disappointed. Thanks Ollie and whilst everyone in the office was exceptional, special thanks to Lee, he was with us every step of the way.

Right from the start of the selling process, this team have been the best team I have ever worked with. From Oli initially coming to value to house and assist us with that to then working with Maya and Jacob on the whole sale it has been as seamless as they could make it. Maya has been so patient and never pushy unlike how I know other estate agents can be! She’s always been quick to respond and assist us with any queries we had. Jacob has been amazing chasing the sale and making sure we had all our ducks in a row. Nothing was ever too much of an ask for Jacob. I truly could not recommend this team highly enough and rave about them to any of my friends if they even hint at putting their house on the market 🤣! All of the team at YourMove in Beccles have been super helpful, friendly and professional when it came to enquiring about properties, placing offers on several properties and eventually having an offer accepted and purchasing! I couldn't fault any of the team I spoke to as they were always accommodating in answering any questions, queries or concerns that I had during the purchase process. Although the solicitors made the process very difficult and stressful, Olli went above and beyond to help us in any way that he could and I couldn't be more thankful. Highly recommended!
