I am delighted to recommend the team at YourMove in Beccles. Olli took over my probate sale after I had become disillusioned with another estate agent. Olli remained professional, focussed and determined throughout. I was always kept informed of viewings as they were booked, and feedback was obtained quickly and relayed back to me. YourMove’s system called “My Move” was an invaluable tool, allowing me to track interest in the property and viewings. Despite some unforeseen difficulties, Olli worked tirelessly to bring the sale to a conclusion, providing regular updates and advice on issues as they arose, never losing interest and always retaining a professional manner and sense of humour. Olli is well supported by his manager Daniel. I would not hesitate to use this branch of YourMove again.

We chose a bad time to move. What with Covid-19 and the stamp duty holiday. The whole process became log jammed in the outdated and cumbersome English conveyancing system. If it hadn't been for Your Move Oliver James we would have been lost. The estate agents were very professional from start to finish. Their rates are competitive and the service outstanding. Special mention must be given to Olli, the director at the Beccles office. Without him we would have been completely in the dark (no info from solicitors) and his constant chasing of our sale certainly made all the difference. Our sale actually took 7.5 months to complete but this wwas not a reflection on our estate agent. in fact, if it hadn't been for them I think we would still be waiting. Not only professional but really friendly too. Ollie, Tom and Madison guided us through a really stressful time. We marketed just as covid lockdown started and had one buyer unable to complete. No worries the team were on the case and sold the property the very next day. They then matched us to the property we now call home. Through ups and downs nothing was too much trouble and we could contact any of them whenever we felt the need. They were always polite and kept us updated. We recently used Your Move Beccles to buy and sell and would highly recommend! We had several agents value our property (and take us to viewings) and by far Your Move were the most professional and friendly therefore we chose to use them for our sale too. We had a couple of houses fall through due to COVID-19 and Oli in particular was on the phone reassuring us and keeping us updated. All staff were very helpful and Oli not only done his job but went above and beyond chasing people to help us move which we finally have and we are so very grateful for all of the help. Will definitely recommend to anyone we know wanting to buy and/or sell. Thanks guys!

Unbelievably unprofessional! We had to call three times to arrange the viewing of a property. After the first two attempts of being told they would “get back to us” (they didn’t call back once) My husband finally made the third attempt and agreed on a date and time to view the property. After standing outside the property for 20 minutes it became obvious that nobody was assisting the viewing. We called “Your Move Oliver James Beccles” to find out what was wrong only to be told they had no record of our appointment! No, I wouldn’t recommend this business and would give zero stars for their communication skills!

There was one gentleman in particular who I would always go to for future advice concerning anything to do with buying and selling a property. I don’t know his surname but he was called Daniel.
