GoogleMy wife & I recently experienced a traumatic move in Beccles to a bungalow which, although it ought to have been straightforward, turned out to be anything but not helped by our reticent estate agents. However, although acting only for the vendor of the bungalow, Olly & Daniel at Your Move, Beccles, were like guardian angels to us keeping in regular & frequent touch, chasing & updating, & generally easing us through the maelstrom. They went far beyond the call of duty & we cannot praise them enough.

GoogleWe bought our first house, recently. Emma Cox was the seller's agent and we can't recommend her, and Your Move Bennetts highly enough, for their commitment to arranging all the paperwork and getting things chased up in good time (and with good humour). We'll definitely consider using them if we sell our house any time soon.

GoogleYour move bennetts staff were really pleasant and professional , - Unlike the local agent whom acted for us on our house sale. Proactive and keenly responsive. Dealt with the same member of staff throughout our purchase, Good to have continuity which makes things easier and adds that personal touch.On a couple of occasions we spoke to another staff member whom was equally helpful and pleasant . We would highly recommend this agency.

GoogleYour Move have a fantastic team in Norwich, each and every one of them are helpful, reactive, and friendly. In particular Emma made our house sale run as smooth as possible, she was attentive, friendly, kept us up to date regularly and when she said she would. She liaised with other parties in the chain and generally went above and beyond what an agent should do. I have no hesitation in recommending Your Move and Emma. Simon was also fantastic, picking up the workload when Emma was on holiday or on a day off. We had previously tried another couple of agencies in Norwich who were very slack in their approach. Emma definitely earned every penny of the commission and i would have happily paid more for their services. They buck the trend of an industry that has a poor reputation. Thank you Emma, Simon and team.

Oliver, Dominique and Chris have been brilliant! I can not thank them enough. I would highly recommend their services, especially if you live out of the area and need an agent you can trust.

GoogleI have tried calling the letting team for over a week now, The last time I moved I also tried to call the letting team and it took 4 months tilll I gave up and had to go somewhere else. I just hope this time they actually help.

GoogleWe put our house on the market in Lowestoft, in March. I used 2 agents, and Right Move's opposition got the sale. It fell through in May and I asked Right Move to be the sole agent. Completion occurred early October. Every time there was anything to do with the house, i.e. viewing, queries on something, Ollie and his team liaised with me immediately. No delays. Ollie was in charge of the sale of my house, but the other people in the office always knew what was going on. A pleasure to deal with, and I wish them lots of success. GoogleAbsolutely shocking treatment of my partner and brother who rented from this firm. DO NOT EVER use this branch. Tried their best to not return the deposit to young people, just disgusting.

Our email address is gorleston@your-move.co.uk. All deposits are held in a controlled deposit scheme and there is no advantage for us to delay the return of a deposit to a tenant, we are simply the middle person in negotiating any deductions between the Landlord and Tenant. The majority of deposit disputes are due to rent arrears or damage caused by the tenant, any amounts deducted go to the Landlord and not us the agent. To clarify we have nothing to gain in delaying the return of a deposit to a tenant. We wish your partner and brother all the best with their onward plans.
