GooglePaulina Gluszek from the North Leeds letting office was really helpful and answered any questions we had. We were kept up to date all throughout our application and Paulina even helped us to arrange for us to collect the keys 2 days earlier than first planned. This meant Paulina had to amend our letting agreement but it was not too much trouble for her.
Thanks for your feedback on Paulina

It was good of you to go to the trouble of posting a review Prince and I am so glad Julia was able to get this purchase through to completion and thank you for your patience. The office tell me the kids were excited at the little welcome to your new home box we were able to hand over when you collected the keys yesterday as well. Enjoy your new home. Tim

GoogleYour ESTAS Review… "I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff at Williams and Goodwin Estate Agents, Bangor on their hard work, and selling my property so quickly. It seems to me they were working day and night and trying their very best to sale my property .The house video by Mr Tim Goodwin captured the house to a perfection, a joy to watch. All the staff are immensely professional at the Bangor office and have a true passion on what they are doing, a pleasure to work with. Excellent service throughout. I would highly recommend them for anyone wanting to buy or sale a property in the Bangor area."
Thanks for the praise of all our staff Susan. It shows with the innovative marketing we are doing together with good customer service and managing our applicant register we are still achieving quick sales on properties despite the current C19 restrictions. So pleased we managed an offer for you in the same week as we starting marketing, and we will now carefully monitor this through to an exchange for you
