I cannot fault it at all. I am very grateful to the Bangor team for their friendly and professional service.
Not only was it a pleasure to act for you in selling such a delightful cottage but it was also a delight to be able to secure the property you wanted that was so close to your parents. The team were all determined to be able to find you an instant buyer, and by keeping in contact with you all the way through the process it was great to be able to finally hand over the keys for what I am sure me be your family home for years to come.

Having seen this review earlier today I touched base with Nadine the office manager this morning to clarify your concerns. I believe she was also able to met you at the property a little earlier today and provide an explanation in this matter. With the vendor having anxiety over Covid issues and being difficult to contact we apologise that we were unable to confirm the appointment and trust this has now clarified the matter for you. Even though we have not actually let from this company, they have let us know of the right properties for us. Kept us informed always with a professional and friendly attitude. We have 2 German shepherd dogs which I feel was the reason we were not accepted for any of the properties we viewed. We are a professional couple and able to afford a nice home. Excellent references and able to pay up to a year in advance but were still turned down. People letting their properties mainly want tenants with no pets so the choice is limited. Anyone who has pets will know that good owners would never let their pets go due to landlords not wanting them as they are part of our family. This is not Williams Goodwin's fault. Greg was always friendly and helpful. Hopefully we are settled now but I would definitely recommend people using this estate agent.
