The Trusted Agent

Auction sale

May I first of all praise the staff at both the Caernarfon office and the Bangor office, they have been absolute troopers, thank you. Communication from Gwennan especially has been very good and I thank you for all you've done for us over the past few weeks. I would definitely come back again if ever the opportunity came up.

I am totally happy with the service I've received so far. Given this is just the start of my tenancy, I may update this score if the need arises. As it stands though, this is a well-deserved 5 stars. Big shout out to Paulina Gluszek :-)

Throughout my dealings with Louis Craggs, who was property Manager for the house I rented, I always found him to be very professional, helpful, polite and he quickly and efficiently responded to any issues I raised - equally important as a tenant, I found him to be very pleasant and friendly.

I would personally like to thank Bobbie Brockbank who has been dealing with the end of tenancy for one of our flats, the whole experience was very professional and I was impressive by the swiftness of responses we were given, sadly something that you rarely see in this climate. Many thanks once again.

Louis Craggs has been fantastic since I moved into my new property. I had a few issues which needed to be addressed and he handled the with the upmost professionalism and also very quickly! All issues have now either been resolved or those which have not, I am given frequent updates which gives me peace of mind knowing they are being dealt with. Louis is very approachable and very informative as well. I have full confidence in Louis as my dedicated property manager. Thank you for being so efficient :)

I’d like to express our thanks to John and Tom for all their help in getting our flat let out. They quickly got tradesmen in to do painting, carpet fitting and some electrical and plumbing repairs, ready for a new tenant. The whole process has been very speedy, Tom in particular has always been good at keeping us informed of the progress with the tenancy.

The Trusted Agent

Great servicr

From the offset I could tell this was a good estate agent to deal with. The staff were friendly, courteous and polite on the phone, the gent who showed me around the property was enthusiastic, knowledgable and entertaining. The staff in the office who I dealt with predominantly such as Sarah and Caitlin were professional, prompt and good at returning calls. I will without doubt be using their services again in the future. Thank you for all your help.

Sold house quickly, kept informed of progress. However, I was not informed that their fee was exclusive of VAT until much further down the line which is a little underhand and goes against a certain code of conduct;and that was the boss! A learning experience.
