We have had a relationship over a longish period of time with Williams and Goodwin as we had more than one property to sell. We have been very impressed with all the members of the team who we have been in contact with and everyone has been unfailingly polite and helpful.

The Holyhead office made the whole experience from start to finish, very smooth and easy. The photographs showed our home at its best and showed the space and potential, so much so the house sold in 30 minutes for full asking price before it hit the public market!

Fantastic and professional service from start to finish. I was kept up to date by Mathew and Rhys throughout the whole process. I especially loved the photos of my property and had a few comments about how good they were. Whole process took 8 weeks. An honest estate agent! Once my offer was accepted they ceased other viewings, whereas other agents on the island keep allowing more viewings to try and get a higher price even once an offer is accepted. I was gazumped twice with other properties due to this, prior to finding this house with W&G.

1st class service from initial instruction to the eventual sale. Our 'chain' proved challenging at times, but Nadine's support and assistance ensured that we were kept well informed and involved throughout. I have nothing but praise for all involved for ensuring a relatively stress free experience.
