GoogleRude and unprofessional staff , took over 4 months to fix our washer , no communication between departments, genuinely disgraceful response times and attitudes from all staff, I wouldn’t rent from them again or recommend them to anyone no matter how desperate

GoogleHad a 3-year tenancy with these guys up in North Wales, and during this whole time I've had no trouble at all with them. Every member of staff I've interacted with has been incredibly helpful, and very kind and courteous too. They've always responded to my queries quickly and promptly be it over the phone or in person. If ever life takes me back to Wales I'd be more than happy to rent with these guys again. Diolch yn fawr!

GoogleHad the pleasure of dealing with Nadine (Branch manager) She took my circumstances into consideration and was an excellent communicator between myself and future landlords. I was offered a property elsewhere, when explaining this to Nadine she was incredibly pleasant wished me good luck in the future and said if there was anything i need to just drop her a call. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a property. 5 star service, I would definitely come back to them again if I needed a property.
Thank you,
Dean

The Trusted AgentHouse Sale
Williams and Goodwin Holyhead have been patient throughout, initially listed the property several years back when unfortunately we had to withdraw from the market due to my father's ill health. Second time round they we happy to list again and did an excellent job lining up prospective buyers very quickly. Getting offers within the first week.
Probate and a couple of other issues complicated the sale which took close to 6 months to complete. However G&W were always there and would follow up on any queries I had.

GoogleThe sale of our property has been quite a rollercoaster due to being unlucky with buyers, however Williams & Goodwin remained professional and consistent through the process. It was third time lucky for us when we sold and finally made it to completion! Thank you to everyone involved for your hard work and determination in getting our sale through.

Thank you so much for going to the trouble of posting a 5 star review Lucy, and I know the kind gifts your brought in for the team went down a treat! Whilst the process became longer than had been hoped with the constant progression and solicitor chasing we carried out I was so pleased to hear we got this through in time that you could still purchase the new build property you had set your heart on, and I believe you complete on this tomorrow. A big good luck in your new home with the family and all the very best in the future. Thank You

GoogleFollowing my previous comment, the manager of Williams & Gidon's office contacted me, and an appointment was scheduled to understand and resolve the issue. During the meeting, I gained an understanding of how property management operates in the area, and the manager, who was extremely polite, sophisticated, and understanding, clarified the source of the misunderstanding. Therefore, I changed my comment.
