The Holyhead branch provided an excell service. The staff were polite, pleasant and very professional. I felt that i was provided with good advice, guidance and support by the branch team. I was confident that the sale of the property was conducted in my best interest as a client. I would most definitely use Williams and Goodwin again in the future and I would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.

GoogleEverything was made very easy for me as a fort time buyer. I didn't know much of the process before starting but I was given plenty of help and time for everything. Everyone was really nice and helpful to me and I couldn't recommend Williams & Goodwin enough.

GoogleOverall a pretty seamless process. The agent was responsive and helpful which, since we were selling from overseas, was much appreciated. There was a fair amount of communication on various topics and the agent was quick to come back to us or to present any queries from the purchaser. A pretty hassle free, low stress sales process which is exactly what we wanted.

GoogleHad a 3-year tenancy with these guys up in North Wales, and during this whole time I've had no trouble at all with them. Every member of staff I've interacted with has been incredibly helpful, and very kind and courteous too. They've always responded to my queries quickly and promptly be it over the phone or in person. If ever life takes me back to Wales I'd be more than happy to rent with these guys again. Diolch yn fawr!

GoogleThe whole team, and in particular Elin Owen, looked after us throughout the whole process of purchasing a property in Anglesey. We registerd our interest in purchasing a property with the team some 2 years before we final found the right one. And it was through their regular support and property alerts that enabled us to find the property we wanted so much.

GoogleRental services in Bangor are excellent But the service fixflo is bad They take many days until they come, even if it is an emergency Currently, I have a water leak in the house for three days. They did not come. Is it possible to close the main water valve all this time?

GoogleIncredibly trustworthy and helpful letting agents. Helped with our first rental house in the UK. Using current technology, the tenancy procedure is open and well explained (all process through online) Respond right away if there are any problems with the property. Highly recommended.

GoogleAbsolutely fantastic. As we live abroad we though that selling a UK property would become a nightmare however All Wales team were fantastic. We were kept informed at every single stage. They worked tirelessly to prepare our property for Auction however due to their fantastic marketing skills they secured a sale before the Auction date. I can honestly say they are the best company I've ever dealt with full stop.

I am absolutely infuriated by the horrendous property letting services provided by William and Goodwin. Not only did they display a shocking lack of professionalism, but I was appalled to witness blatant racism and discrimination against Muslims. It's utterly disgraceful that such behavior is tolerated in this day and age. This company's actions are beyond reprehensible, and I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of their services.My blood boils just thinking about my personal visit to the William and Goodwin office. The staff's dismissive attitude was beyond belief, they seemed determined to get rid of me as quickly as possible, treating me like an inconvenience rather than a potential customer. Zero stars for their despicable behavior and abysmal service.

GoogleMegan was really superb in helping me find a flat in Westminster that suited me perfectly. Would absolutely recommend her as a professional agent. I was working with several agents from various agencies and Megan really stood out. Very professional and organized. She only showed me flats that represented exactly what i was looking for to make best use of my time. Very knowledgeable about the flat that I ultimately pursued. Pointed out all the positives and negatives very clearly. She was then very candid, transparent and efficient in the negotiation of all the terms. All in, I ended up in a flat that was exactly what i was after and the state of the flat when i moved in was exactly as promised. Very happy customer.
