I dealt with the Holyhead office where the staff are excellent at their jobs. Friendly,efficient, trustworthy.Matthew and Jamie were always available when I needed to contact them and always answered my questions promptly. I would highly recommend Williams and Goodwin for selling a house. I'm hoping that when it's time for me to purchase my next property that I will be dealing with Williams and Goodwin again. All of the staff that I talked with were excellent at their jobs. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful.

From the friendly viewing accompanied by Jamie to the continued reassurance, communication and updates from Charlotte, the team were so approachable and professional throughout. Buying your first home can be a terrifying prospect, but Williams&Goodwin were always happy to help, and resulted in me obtaining my keys after a mere 9 weeks! Really impressed!

GoogleBooked viewing for a property yesterday, traveled 2 hours today, wait for 30 mins for the agent to show up and show me the place only to call them myself and find out that the property was sold YESTERDAY! Outrageous service ! Socking communication!
