Just got the keys to our first rental property, Catherine Downs liaised with us while we were going through the application and referencing she has been really helpful with answering all our questions and providing information, super polite and cheery when we spoke on the phone and in person when we collected our keys. We have found Adam and the team at Manning Staintons Letting department extremely helpful and efficient especially most recently when dealing with a problem with our boiler. They contacted the engineers who attended within 30 minutes and resolved the issue. Great service.

We got there!

Buying a commercial property that you want to change into residential at auction is both scary and risky. But… James, who showed me around (this property as well as another) is really energetic and passionate, and it’s all genuine. In no small part because of his infectious imagination, I took the risk and the house is now mine… although the final piece of the jigsaw of getting it houseified is yet to be complete. Fast forward to the negotiating bit and general queries, and Vicky was great. Always on hand to answer questions, and even resolved some pretty complex queries. I also very much enjoyed the game playing of getting me to write this review. :P Thanks Vicky, that was fun. All in all, top notch service all around.

Had a 3-year tenancy with these guys up in North Wales, and during this whole time I've had no trouble at all with them. Every member of staff I've interacted with has been incredibly helpful, and very kind and courteous too. They've always responded to my queries quickly and promptly be it over the phone or in person. If ever life takes me back to Wales I'd be more than happy to rent with these guys again. Diolch yn fawr!

The team were happy to take us on for a second time after having to withdraw a few years back due to ill health. They did a great job marketing the property and had numerous viewings lined up in the first week. Patient throughout, easy to deal with and would always follow up on any queries I had. I would recommend them
