Photographs were taken immediately, house particulars were drawn up within a day or 2, energy reports were arranged and a buyer was found within days of putting our house on the market.
From then on most of my dealings were with Lynn at the Benfleet office, and this lady certainly knows what she is doing. She knew our 'chain' thoroughly, and did not hesitate to chase people up left right and centre to keep things on track and moving along swiftly. Her professionalism kept me sane and I simply can not thank her enough.
I have already recommended Williams and Donovan to a colleague, and I would not hesitate to recommend them in the future too.

FacebookWe agreed our sale back in June to a chain of four. Unfortunately for us, the agent at the bottom was an internet agent who clearly did not understand what they should have been doing. It transpired 3 months in that they hadn't even seen proof of funding and it was only due to the diligence and persistence of Lloyd and Lynn at Williams & Donovan, that we got any answers. Even on the day of completion, the woman at the bottom had not transferred her funds, and the completion went through at 8 minutes to 5. If ever there was an advertisement as to why you should choose a traditional agent over an online one, this was it. Can't thank the team at Williams & Donovan enough and would have no hesitation in recommending them.
