GoogleWe bought a house advertised with W&D. They helped us through the offer stage and then kept us well informed throughout the Solicitor stage. FacebookRecently bought and sold through W&D, the second time we have used them, couldn’t be more content with their service, from Tom who took the photos and details and negotiated an amazing price for our property, Claire who showed us our lovely home now and Denise who was so helpful and kept us informed on weekly updates, they all made this a stress free move, a few days after the move I was surprised with a lovely bouquet of flowers Thankyou again. I would definitely recommend Williams & Donovan �

Being first time buyers, the process was quite daunting but Jo helped us every step of the way and answered any questions that we had. I’d also like to say a massive thanks to Dean with all of his help and advice with our mortgage application. FacebookI have no hesitation in highly recommending the Lettings team. I have used them to both let property and also rent property. There are many agents offering similar services in the area but their responsiveness and professionalism is second to none. Their communication is impeccable and their customer service skills are exemplary.

GoogleAbsolute joke, rented through them and absolutely terrible TERRIBLE communication through phone or email, they never seem to be in and leave early so if you drive all the way down there they may not even be in. Don't care about tenants just follow the money and always seem so moody as well, don't expect much from them and if your a landlord look elsewhere. Staff need firing or training. Go elsewhere.
