GooglePortishead - I have dealt with West Coast Properties over the last 7 years, from my personal experience with the whole team, they are a breath of fresh air to work with. Alex has predominantly been my first point of contact with regards to everything. Alex has an Immaculate Professional approach dealing with everyone on all levels, he knows the properties well and shows the properties best attributes, always punctual and always on the phone with follow ups and customer feedback. Clare has been superb and highly efficient when dealing with our Rental Properties, again always on the phone following up on feedback. I really can't miss out the "Super Hero" behind the scenes, Martine. Martine goes above and beyond to support the West Coast Rental Clients, the quality of the Reports created by Martine is exceptional. Nick the Branch Manager is also always on hand to provide back up and support to his team, again, to an exceptional level. I truly feel West Coast Properties is a little addition to my Work Family, Thank you and Stay Safe

GoogleThe Burnham on Sea office sold a property for me. Excellent service from start to finish. The most helpful and informative assessment of the property from the branch manager at the outset which made me choose them. Excellent work from the team to get viewings and provide me with feedback from each viewer. A very good (but fair) sale price negotiated for me, ensuring buyer and seller were both happy with the outcome. Then they worked hard to ensure the sale went through smoothly dealing with other estate agents and solicitors in the chain and keeping me informed each step of the way. Overall a first class service. Particular thanks to Sue who is incredibly good at her job.
