We can't say enough about Westcoast Properties in Portishead. They are amazing! They very quickly sold our house (twice) for full asking price and found us our new home, which we moved into last week. We went with Westcoast initially because of Alex but in fact the whole team worked together so marvellously well to provide a very professional, personal service. They kept us updated on every stage of the process, even more than our solicitor. They were so good that we recommend them every chance we can, and are going through them to sell a relatives's property (which they sold before any viewings).PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

We bought a house through Westcoast and while our purchase took an age to complete, Sue worked tirelessly to help us and the rest of our chain. Communication was always good, friendly and informative to help us push our own solicitors and keep things moving. Would recommend.

First time buyer so I was a little lost in the property market. Sue at Westcoast dealt with the purchase of my property and between myself Sue and their recommended solicitors we managed to get the sale completed in around 5 weeks from start to moving in. From what I hear this is an incredible achievement. Especially in today's market.

I have been renting through this branch for over 7 years and have received a very friendly, efficient, caring and helpful service throughout. The Landlord and I wasn't happy with another estate agent and we transferred. It was the best move we made (excuse the pun). I would highly recommend this branch.

Absolutely Amazing, I cannot recommend Westcoast enough, Sue has been incredible, and has been on top of the whole process from start to finish. Has put up with my constant phone calls, and never once made me feel like I was being a nuisance!..believe me, I made alot of calls !. The professionalism and service is second to none.
