Rachael and the team at Nailsea have delivered outstanding service throughout. From the day we bought our house to the day we sold it we have received nothing short of the very best attention. In addition, the team do not shy away from sorting problems. The team at Nailsea are efficient and welcoming. They are completely customer focussed and have a great service ethic. I realise that I should have been referring some of my concerns directly to the rental team. On the occasions that I did I was disappointed more often than not with the service. I do not want to be over critical but one occasion the responses I received when raising an issue were extremely defensive and there was a lack of acknowledgement and reluctance to take ownership. I realise however that the role of that team is not easy and contact with them by clients is invariably in relation to a problem. I imagine they are rarely contacted about good news in the rental world.
