GoogleRight from when we first met Gavin we were impressed with his knowledge and understanding of the current market. We had previous experience with Westcoast and Sue in particular who is on the ball and extremely good at her job. With Megan Teresa and Rob making up an exceptional team I can’t but recommend them enough as the best Estate Agents in Burnham. A special mention about Rob as a thoroughly friendly and down to earth person who make you feel at ease when viewing.

GoogleWe have rented out two properties that have been managed by the Westcoast Nailsea office for several years. When we recently sold one of these properties Rachael and the team were the natural choice to manage the sale. We have had excellent levels of service and support at every stage of the process. The team marketed the property to a very high standard, getting multiple viewings. Rachael managed the negotiations to agree a sale price excellently and subsequently maintained a very high level of engagement to resolve the questions and issues that arose during the transfer of the property. Unlike some other Estate Agents in the area Westcoast are prepared to work hard to get the best deal possible for their customers. We would recommend them highly to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent property in the area.

GoogleWe sold through West coast ( sale went through April 2020). Been needing to write a review for ages but so much else to do when you move ...so here I am now. And quote Alex was right when he reassured me that we would find and be happy in our next family home. So we sold our 2 bed house as we out grew it but totally loved it, it was our first home and lots of memorys. after having Alex around a few times to value it and explain what we wanted but also told him my worries of not finding another family home in portishead in our buget and all the paperwork ect which comes with moving ,Alex reassured me that they would support us and be no pressures ( which there wasnt at any point of the process)Alex is a genuine down to earth person , had a few estate agents in to value our property and hated the pressures and the comptivness. After each viewing they would call me to let me know the viewing has taken place and we could return , they also would call me with feed back the cummunication I had to keep me updated was great couldn't ask for more. They also recommended a great solicitor. Max ( I know he's left portishead westcoast and gone to another branch but he was great at keeping us updated with the whole chain where everyone was at in the process ect. I must admit when he went that cummunication did slip a little. If we needed to contact westcoast Imogen was great at getting back to us Overall we was very happy and would highly recommend westcoast.😊.

GoogleAfter the house move from hell, I cannot thank the Team at Westcoast Weston Enough. Rich, Megan and Gemma are a credit to Estate Agency! Firstly agreeing a sale on my property at the first viewing after another agency were unable to do so, all the way through to completing on my purchase whilst having to endure my almost constant badgering. The team acted with complete professionalism, showing patience with me, and determination with all parties involved to attempt to keep things moving, where all of the issues faced were beyond their control. All whilst dealing with the added issues of continuing to work during a pandemic. Most importantly to me, not once in 6 months of dealing with Westcoast did they ever not return a phone call or email, even if the update was there was no update, giving me full reassurance they were doing everything they can, which during a highly stressful time is exactly what I needed.
