I recently secured a property through West Coast Properties in Weston, and my experience was handled by JESS COX. From the initial viewing right through to the application and final acceptance, Jess was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was calm, patient, and very approachable, which made the whole process feel much less stressful. She also maintained a high level of professionalism throughout, while still being warm and reassuring. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently, and I truly felt supported at every stage. It was a seamless experience from start to finish. I really appreciate all her help and would happily recommend her to anyone looking to rent through West Coast Properties.

We first encountered West Coast via Dan Wheeler who showed us around the house we then bought. His manner was professional but friendly and you got the impression that he really cared about presenting the clients property in the best possible light while ensuring that as a buyer we were also happy. That integrity carried through with all of the staff we encountered as we both purchased and then subsequently sold a property with Westcoast. They are a great team - communication was fabulous and regular, calling into the practice the staff quickly came to speed when we told them what property we were talking about. Our apartment went on the market on 1st January, was sold on the 11th and was completed (by the solicitor recommended by a company they work with ) on the 27th February. I have already recommended them to several people and would have no hesitation in recommending them again - especially Daniel Wheeler!

I had such a positive experience working with Jess C. at Westcoast/Portishead, and I’m genuinely grateful for how smooth and stress-free she made the whole letting process. From the very beginning, Jess took the time to understand our individual needs and preferences, which made us feel truly valued rather than just another clients. From the start of the process, Dan Wheeler was friendly, informative and patient with me! I was amazed at how quickly everything went through. The process began on January 16th and by February 27th, I was picking up the keys. It may have been because I was a cash buyer and both parties used the recommended solicitor, but nevertheless, everyone worked hard to get things through. Amazing! Thank you Dan, I would definitely recommend Westcoast Properties!

We have just completed our purchase and the selling agent was West Coast Properties in Portishead. What outstanding service we received as the purchaser - Sharon the Move Manager went beyond the call of duty as far as we were concerned anyhow. It was not an easy move for anyone in the chain and Sharon kept me and my husband fully informed the whole way. We could not have asked for more. So many options of who to choose to sell your house and every estate agent has people with a good or bad story to share. I decided to choose West Coast to sell my house as I was buying through them and it felt like the right thing to have one place overseeing both. I was really pleased with my decision. Both Dan and Callum were friendly and professional and were a pleasure to deal with. They were considerate to my anxieties and my property and great at being reassuring and keeping me informed. Both the sale and the purchase went through smoothly and although I hope not to have to move again any time soon, if I do I would definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

I have never dealt with an estate agents before however I had been warned they can be tricky at times and only interested in getting a good deal for themselves. Not West Coast!!! They have been ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I have spoken to almost every member of the Portishead Branch Team and have gotten an equally amazing response and welcome from all. The team have been helpful, friendly, proactive, on call when needed, positive, reliable, trustworthy, understanding and guided me through things I wasn't aware of. I believe they are the epitome of a company that goes above and beyond. I would HIGHLY recommend this estate agent if you want the proper care, attention and results for your home. So I initially tried to buy in Portishead but this fell through for various reasons. I then decided to rent and Westcoast made this process smooth and hassle free with special mention to a few members of staff who went above and beyond. Firstly Kelly in the weston branch worked a few miracles it getting all together on the same day with help from Emily in the Portishead branch. Also here was a new member of stall - Dan who went out of his way to facilitate an issue I had. Well done team!

We used Westcoast Properties Portishead when we decided to move from central Bristol to Portishead Marina and we could not have been more pleased with the service they provided. They were efficient and professional but, most of all, friendly and helpful. I definitely felt that we were dealing with people who had our best interests at heart - especially Clare Foster who was a joy to deal with. Hopefully we will never move again but if we do, we would certainly use Westcoast Properties again.
