So I initially tried to buy in Portishead but this fell through for various reasons. I then decided to rent and Westcoast made this process smooth and hassle free with special mention to a few members of staff who went above and beyond. Firstly Kelly in the weston branch worked a few miracles it getting all together on the same day with help from Emily in the Portishead branch. Also here was a new member of stall - Dan who went out of his way to facilitate an issue I had. Well done team!

We sold through West coast ( sale went through April 2020). Been needing to write a review for ages but so much else to do when you move ...so here I am now. And quote Alex was right when he reassured me that we would find and be happy in our next family home. So we sold our 2 bed house as we out grew it but totally loved it, it was our first home and lots of memorys. after having Alex around a few times to value it and explain what we wanted but also told him my worries of not finding another family home in portishead in our buget and all the paperwork ect which comes with moving ,Alex reassured me that they would support us and be no pressures ( which there wasnt at any point of the process)Alex is a genuine down to earth person , had a few estate agents in to value our property and hated the pressures and the comptivness. After each viewing they would call me to let me know the viewing has taken place and we could return , they also would call me with feed back the cummunication I had to keep me updated was great couldn't ask for more. They also recommended a great solicitor. Max ( I know he's left portishead westcoast and gone to another branch but he was great at keeping us updated with the whole chain where everyone was at in the process ect. I must admit when he went that cummunication did slip a little. If we needed to contact westcoast Imogen was great at getting back to us Overall we was very happy and would highly recommend westcoast.😊.

Portishead - I have dealt with West Coast Properties over the last 7 years, from my personal experience with the whole team, they are a breath of fresh air to work with. Alex has predominantly been my first point of contact with regards to everything. Alex has an Immaculate Professional approach dealing with everyone on all levels, he knows the properties well and shows the properties best attributes, always punctual and always on the phone with follow ups and customer feedback. Clare has been superb and highly efficient when dealing with our Rental Properties, again always on the phone following up on feedback. I really can't miss out the "Super Hero" behind the scenes, Martine. Martine goes above and beyond to support the West Coast Rental Clients, the quality of the Reports created by Martine is exceptional. Nick the Branch Manager is also always on hand to provide back up and support to his team, again, to an exceptional level. We just want to thank all of the team here at Westcoast Portishead. Especially Claire! She was outstanding and she worked so hard and was so efficient when we needed help finding a rental property. We didn't have a very long handover time before we had to be out of our previous place and we needed somewhere to move into within about 10days.. near on impossible. However Claire and the team were brilliant and made our move stress free and easy! Claire was fab.
