I viewed a house over 2 weeks ago. I was promised by the estate agent that they would let me know by the end of the day. Over two weeks later, despite me chasing and asking for updates on numerous occasions, I have heard nothing. Every time I called, they promised that someone would call me back and yet no one ever did, not one single call back. Really disappointing and unprofessional service.

The whole process was handled in a professional manner and I have nothing but praise for the friendly staff in Portishead branch. We can't say enough about Westcoast Properties in Portishead. They are amazing! They very quickly sold our house (twice) for full asking price and found us our new home, which we moved into last week. We went with Westcoast initially because of Alex but in fact the whole team worked together so marvellously well to provide a very professional, personal service. They kept us updated on every stage of the process, even more than our solicitor. They were so good that we recommend them every chance we can, and are going through them to sell a relatives's property (which they sold before any viewings).PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I have used this company when we bought our first home ( it was a first listing of Bristol branch), when we had to let it and in the end when we sold it. So I have over few years experience with their service and I couldn’t find one negative! Nick in Patchway branch is truly a professional with a heart, always listening and supporting client in not known waters and keeping the communication at the top. His team was excellent taking me through selling process with ease. I would recommend them 100%!

We would totally recommend Westcoast for selling and renting properties. Throughout their services to us they were efficient and communicated on a regular basis. We had our property on with an online estate agent for 6 weeks and did not have a viewing, we were continually told there was just no room in the market for our property. Superb service : ) We were delighted with the service received by the Portishead branch. Everyone was polite and friendly. We were shown 3 properties on the 22nd June 2017 by Clare Foster who had superb local knowledge. She was punctual, clean respectful, clean, honest and listened to our needs. We chose the 1st property after a second viewing on the same day and all paperwork was completed before we headed home (124 miles away) Thanks so much for you help : )
