GoogleThis is the second time we have used Westcoast in Portishead and they have been absolutely superb from start to finish. Everyone in the office is so courteous and professional - you are in safe hands and feel very much looked after by the entire team. Dan, the Assistant Manager looked after our sale from the start and he has been amazing - so calm, supportive - it’s been a challenging market this time, but Dan has guided us and kept our spirits up when needed! FacebookIf I could I would give them 10 stars!!!! I would like to say BIG BIG BIG thank to Emma from Patchway Branch! Emma is THE best estate agent I have ever met! She is very customer focused and from the minute she walked in to our house I felt like I know her for ages! She could tell straight away whether we will sell the property ASAP, what improvements we eventually could do and what kind of buyers we can expect. Emma was already very much oriented about the property and the area, well prepared. As me and my husband were selling our house for the first time and we had no idea what to expect, Emma has solved all of our worries and she didn't mind all of our questions! Once the house has been put on the market, we were regularly informed about the viewings and and within a week we found a potential buyer! I also would like to say a big thank you to rest of the team! You are doing amazing job!!! If we would go for sale again, I definitely would choose West Coast properties again!!!!

GoogleArranged a viewing, however nobody showed up (we waited for 10 minutes). When we called, they alleged that they had no property on the road in question even though Zoopla said otherwise. Not sure what happened but, but naturally we were fairly peeved.

However, I wonder if there might be a mix-up, as I checked our diary and, assuming you're the same Sam Theobald, we currently have a provisional viewing booked with you this Tuesday in Nailsea, as well as another next Saturday in Portishead. We don't have any record of a viewing for you this past Saturday, so it’s possible there may have been a misunderstanding regarding the dates. Additionally, as we don’t advertise our properties on Zoopla, it’s possible that another agent may have been handling the property you referred to. To help us investigate further, could you kindly confirm the address of the property you were meant to view and forward the viewing confirmation email we would have sent.
