Rachael and her team at Westcoast managed both our sale and purchase. Our initial transactions were incredibly fast and well managed, selling and buying within six days of going on the market! The chain was pretty short but ended up being frustratingly delayed by the solicitors. Without the assistance and persistence of the team it would probably still be dragging on now! Communication was excellent and we were always kept informed of any progress. The team were really flexible and accomodating, in facilitating our excitement and providing multiple opportunities to revisit our purchased property prior to completion. We felt valued, listened to and had all requests accommodated instantly. Overall we cannot praise Westcoast in Nailsea enough and recommend them to anyone who is entering the market.

I met Rachael Yeates of west coast properties when I purchased a property 10 years ago for my mother. Rachael was a revelation as an estate agent. I wasn’t used to the dynamism and persistence that she embodied in the pursuit of a swift sale. House buying is frankly a nightmare these days but Rachael and her team kept me informed of delays and disruptions on a daily basis. When it came time to sell my mother’s retirement property many years later, I went back to west coast estate agents. They were absolutely brilliant. They chase everything, they kept me informed, they were on that sale, (which by the way they made in less than a week), and they were super kind about the nonsense I had to put up with from the solicitors who charged me twice as much as west coast. I cannot recommend them highly enough but particularly Rachael Yeates who has employed a team with her work ethic. I’m not a fan of mediocrity and I didn’t get any from this company. Good job well done!

Faultless, 5 *****!! I chose Westcoast Properties, from a couple of other options, the moment I met their representative Rachael. Rachael radiated enthusiasm and made me feel that my house was the most important property to sell. She was extremely knowledgeable and offered commission rates that beat all other offers. Her personal interaction with the customer whilst the process of viewing and selling was ongoing was absolutely perfect. This also clearly filtered down to her staff as I would also like to acknowledge the efforts of team member Ben, who went the extra mile for me in understanding a few complicated solicitor queries. My Mother had to move into a care home; it was a stressful time regarding finance. Rachel was very empathetic and helpful in putting the flat on the market. There was a sense of urgency from the whole team and we were impressed with the number of viewings and an offer was soon made. I dealt with a difficult house buy with West Coast, one where we pushed to meet the stamp duty deadline and where there were issues lower down the chain. Rachael was nothing but professional the whole time throughout the entire process and helped us meet the deadline and get us our house move just before the deadline after spending almost an hour daily on the phone with me and then chasing up solicitors, buyers further down the chain and other estate agents. The service was great and communication was spot on to help us in a situation that looked like it wasnt going to happen.
