We have rented out two properties that have been managed by the Westcoast Nailsea office for several years. When we recently sold one of these properties Rachael and the team were the natural choice to manage the sale. We have had excellent levels of service and support at every stage of the process. The team marketed the property to a very high standard, getting multiple viewings. Rachael managed the negotiations to agree a sale price excellently and subsequently maintained a very high level of engagement to resolve the questions and issues that arose during the transfer of the property. Unlike some other Estate Agents in the area Westcoast are prepared to work hard to get the best deal possible for their customers. We would recommend them highly to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent property in the area.

Huge thank you to Westcoast. Rachel and her team went the extra mile throughout our sale. Not an easy time to conduct house viewings and complete a purchase but the team ensured viewings were undertaken with the utmost professionalism. All viewings were completed with Covid precautions at the forefront of their plans, potential purchasers all wore masks and were deterred from touching surfaces within the property. Westcoast helped us sell in Nailsea and relocate to Devon. Rachael was professional, always available for updates and as a result helped us move in record time during Covid. Rachael and the team at Nailsea have delivered outstanding service throughout. From the day we bought our house to the day we sold it we have received nothing short of the very best attention. In addition, the team do not shy away from sorting problems. The team at Nailsea are efficient and welcoming. They are completely customer focussed and have a great service ethic. I realise that I should have been referring some of my concerns directly to the rental team. On the occasions that I did I was disappointed more often than not with the service. I do not want to be over critical but one occasion the responses I received when raising an issue were extremely defensive and there was a lack of acknowledgement and reluctance to take ownership. I realise however that the role of that team is not easy and contact with them by clients is invariably in relation to a problem. I imagine they are rarely contacted about good news in the rental world.
