GoogleWhat an absolutely lovely group of staff Westcoast properties have. From initial introductions on the phone, to face to face support and advice, they have been phenomenal. Kathryn at the Nailsea branch was always so helpful and friendly and has gone overboard to help find a house for us in the area. Kyle, from the property management centre dealt with my never-ending questions with professionalism and patience. I could not have asked for a better team to help me settle back into the UK. GoogleMy wife & I have both been involved in Estate Agency at various times and believe we are well qualified to rate the performance of Westcoast Properties. We have been totally impressed with the sheer professionalism & dedication of the whole team to produce a successful outcome. When we originally instructed Westcoast, we were aware that Mortgage Interest rates were dramatically increasing and that the market was not as buoyant as it had been over the previous few months. The team set to the task enthusiastically and arranged several viewings within days of our instruction, always advising us of potential purchasers’ comments. We were anxious to secure a speedy sale as we have now purchased a brand new home. Westcoast provided us with a secure buyer, always reassuring us of their ability to proceed and calming any nerves we may have had. Out of the estate agents I could of chosen to market my property, I'm so glad to have chosen, Rachel and her team, very much a team, so good to see and witness the team working together. GoogleI would highly recommend the Westcoast team, Rachael, Katherine, Gemma and Wendy, for their professionalism, transparency, efficiency and determination. The sale of my property was a lot more protracted than expected but throughout the whole process the team were always readily available and proactive and dealt with my queries with good humour and honesty. It was great to have a very experienced local estate agency available to market my property and support me through all of the stages.
