GoogleWell this review is long overdue, but my gratitude to the Westcoast team in Nailsea has not changed. They were amazing! The team went above and beyond, not only in selling my property but also in helping to keep the chain intact for our onward purchase (marketed by a well known online estate agent which seemingly did nothing and whose communication in the process was shocking!). Needless to say it wasn't the easiest of transactions but the ladies of Westcoast took the stress out of it by being so accommodating and professional but also friendly and down to earth. GoogleWe purchased a house in nailsea back in December. Had to say we had very little support from the estate agent with questions that needed to be answered it was like trying to get blood out of a stone. We were told by the surveyor they tried to book him in to do a survey on the house behind our backs to help the seller to sell. Even before we had the property report we were being pressured to exchange. We had to make sure we had double checked everything as the property was a listed building. Office staff are polite but wouldn't use westcoast again. (D Nicholls co owner)

I am very sorry that you feel disappointed with your experience as we pride ourselves on excellent customer service. During your purchase all members of staff spoke to you at length almost on a daily basis and tried to resolve all queries as swiftly as possible but some of your inquiries required your solicitors attention and response. I hope you understand that it would have been wrong of us to try and answer questions of a legal matter.
I believe there has been a misunderstanding with regards to the booking of the survey. As you had already liaised with the surveyor and the survey was taking place at a late stage in the process we merely asked the surveyor if he had availability for the day you had suggested. We were only trying to assist in getting it arranged for you.
Ultimately our aim is to assist everyone with their moves at a time that works for all parties to ensure that the chain stays together and everyone moves into the home they wish to purchase. I am sorry to hear though that we have not meet your expectations on this occasions.
I hope you are both enjoying your new home and were pleased with the flowers you received from us on completion day.

GoogleWow - what an amazing team in the Westcoast Nailsea office, we stupidly used a different estate agent to sell our home as opted for the one in the village we lived in. Westcoast were the agents dealing with the two other properties in our chain and the gap between the service they gave compared to our agents was huge. Also I believe at a lesser fee, if it wasn’t for Rachael at Nailsea we wouldn’t have moved and our selling fee should have gone to them not our own agents.
