GoogleOk West coast properties, Racheal Yates is the jewel in the crown so to speak, she goes beyond what other estate agents do and really puts herself out there to get the job done, no query or request is too small {she listens to you} and she will tell you the how it is even if you do not want to hear it! an honest and conscientious estate agent how rare is that, she really bats for your side and you often see her working late in the office. Not your average 9-5 er So please could we set the bar at Rachael we need more estate agents like her and I have used a few! far and away the best lady I have come across. Rachel often kept us more informed than other parties in the chain. GoogleI dealt with a difficult house buy with West Coast, one where we pushed to meet the stamp duty deadline and where there were issues lower down the chain. Rachael was nothing but professional the whole time throughout the entire process and helped us meet the deadline and get us our house move just before the deadline after spending almost an hour daily on the phone with me and then chasing up solicitors, buyers further down the chain and other estate agents. The service was great and communication was spot on to help us in a situation that looked like it wasnt going to happen. Overall I cant fault the service and would like to commend Rachael for putting up with my regular calls and getting all the information for me each time. FacebookIf I could I would give them 10 stars!!!! I would like to say BIG BIG BIG thank to Emma from Patchway Branch! Emma is THE best estate agent I have ever met! She is very customer focused and from the minute she walked in to our house I felt like I know her for ages! She could tell straight away whether we will sell the property ASAP, what improvements we eventually could do and what kind of buyers we can expect. Emma was already very much oriented about the property and the area, well prepared. As me and my husband were selling our house for the first time and we had no idea what to expect, Emma has solved all of our worries and she didn't mind all of our questions! Once the house has been put on the market, we were regularly informed about the viewings and and within a week we found a potential buyer! I also would like to say a big thank you to rest of the team! You are doing amazing job!!! If we would go for sale again, I definitely would choose West Coast properties again!!!!

GoogleI would highly recommend the Westcoast team, Rachael, Katherine, Gemma and Wendy, for their professionalism, transparency, efficiency and determination. The sale of my property was a lot more protracted than expected but throughout the whole process the team were always readily available and proactive and dealt with my queries with good humour and honesty. It was great to have a very experienced local estate agency available to market my property and support me through all of the stages.
