I viewed a house over 2 weeks ago. I was promised by the estate agent that they would let me know by the end of the day. Over two weeks later, despite me chasing and asking for updates on numerous occasions, I have heard nothing. Every time I called, they promised that someone would call me back and yet no one ever did, not one single call back. Really disappointing and unprofessional service.

Hi, Just wanted to highly recommend Nick at West coast Properties in Portishead. From the minute we walked into the fab property he showed us, to the day of exchange he has been very helpful, going the extra mile liaising between us, our solicitor and the vendor to get all the information we all needed, even visiting the vendor to take pictures and collect information our solicitor was waiting for. It was a tricky and stressful processes but Nick and his team helped us get there in the end, we're looking forward to moving in next Friday.

Faultless, 5 *****!! I chose Westcoast Properties, from a couple of other options, the moment I met their representative Rachael. Rachael radiated enthusiasm and made me feel that my house was the most important property to sell. She was extremely knowledgeable and offered commission rates that beat all other offers. Her personal interaction with the customer whilst the process of viewing and selling was ongoing was absolutely perfect. This also clearly filtered down to her staff as I would also like to acknowledge the efforts of team member Ben, who went the extra mile for me in understanding a few complicated solicitor queries.
