GoogleWe have rented a house for 8 years in Portishead through Westcoast as Letting Agent. All their office staff and maintenance contractors have been friendly and professional throughout our eight year tenancy. Westcoast seem to keep their staff - it has been a pleasure to deal with the same people over the years. We must mention Kelly - who demonstrated excellent and reliable communication skills when managing the occasional negotiations with our landlord.

GoogleI have never dealt with an estate agents before however I had been warned they can be tricky at times and only interested in getting a good deal for themselves. Not West Coast!!! They have been ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I have spoken to almost every member of the Portishead Branch Team and have gotten an equally amazing response and welcome from all. The team have been helpful, friendly, proactive, on call when needed, positive, reliable, trustworthy, understanding and guided me through things I wasn't aware of. I believe they are the epitome of a company that goes above and beyond. I would HIGHLY recommend this estate agent if you want the proper care, attention and results for your home. GoogleThis is the second time we have used Westcoast in Portishead and they have been absolutely superb from start to finish. Everyone in the office is so courteous and professional - you are in safe hands and feel very much looked after by the entire team. Dan, the Assistant Manager looked after our sale from the start and he has been amazing - so calm, supportive - it’s been a challenging market this time, but Dan has guided us and kept our spirits up when needed! GoogleWe used WestCoast to sell our property and chose the video/picture package which was professionally done and we were extremely pleased with the quality of the pictures and video produced. The agents and staff at WestCoast Burnham on Sea office couldn't have been more supportive to us and helped take some of the stress out of what is an already stressful process. They regularly checked in with us and were always quick to communicate with. Anything we needed, they accommodated. This level of attentive service is rare these days and the staff at this office are a credit to WestCoast. A big thank you to Gavin, Megan, Sue, Rob and Teresa, we really appreciated everything you did for us and wouldn't hesitate to use WestCoast again in future.

GoogleWhat a roller-coaster ride we have had with our house sale but we can honestly say it would have been much worse if it wasn't for the team at Westcoast Burnham on Sea. GoogleWe thought we had found our forever home. Our children were excited. We had applied for schools, and our house was sold too. But after we were met with little fibs here and there, delays and a seller who had no intention of selling. We lost hope. We won't buy with this estate agent again, when we eventually look for another property.
