GoogleThis is a late review but I bought a house from West Coast on Alexandra parade in December 2017. They were brilliant from showing me properties right up to exchange. They even stayed a bit later on my exchange day with the manager wearing his fab Christmas jumper ensuring I got my key after a long day of issues. Thank you west coast and I hope you enjoyed your team Christmas meal that day. Sorry for the late review but thank you for your help.

GoogleWe thought we had found our forever home. Our children were excited. We had applied for schools, and our house was sold too. But after we were met with little fibs here and there, delays and a seller who had no intention of selling. We lost hope. We won't buy with this estate agent again, when we eventually look for another property.

All their office staff and maintenance contractors have been friendly and professional throughout our eight year tenancy. Westcoast seem to keep their staff - it has been a pleasure to deal with the same people over the years. We must mention Kelly - who demonstrated excellent and reliable communication skills when managing the occasional negotiations with our landlord.

GoogleI have never dealt with an estate agents before however I had been warned they can be tricky at times and only interested in getting a good deal for themselves. Not West Coast!!! They have been ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I have spoken to almost every member of the Portishead Branch Team and have gotten an equally amazing response and welcome from all. The team have been helpful, friendly, proactive, on call when needed, positive, reliable, trustworthy, understanding and guided me through things I wasn't aware of. I believe they are the epitome of a company that goes above and beyond. I would HIGHLY recommend this estate agent if you want the proper care, attention and results for your home.
