GoogleSo many options of who to choose to sell your house and every estate agent has people with a good or bad story to share. I decided to choose West Coast to sell my house as I was buying through them and it felt like the right thing to have one place overseeing both. I was really pleased with my decision. Both Dan and Callum were friendly and professional and were a pleasure to deal with. They were considerate to my anxieties and my property and great at being reassuring and keeping me informed. Both the sale and the purchase went through smoothly and although I hope not to have to move again any time soon, if I do I would definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

GoogleI met Rachael Yeates of west coast properties when I purchased a property 10 years ago for my mother. Rachael was a revelation as an estate agent. I wasn’t used to the dynamism and persistence that she embodied in the pursuit of a swift sale. House buying is frankly a nightmare these days but Rachael and her team kept me informed of delays and disruptions on a daily basis.
When it came time to sell my mother’s retirement property many years later, I went back to west coast estate agents. They were absolutely brilliant. They chase everything, they kept me informed, they were on that sale, (which by the way they made in less than a week), and they were super kind about the nonsense I had to put up with from the solicitors who charged me twice as much as west coast.
I cannot recommend them highly enough but particularly Rachael Yeates who has employed a team with her work ethic.
I’m not a fan of mediocrity and I didn’t get any from this company. Good job well done!

GoogleUnfortunately cannot recommend westcoast. We rented through them for nearly two years and although ultimately the issue laid with our landlady, westcoast didn’t exactly do much either. We had multiple issue with the property including the integrated fridge braking two weeks after we moved in and it taking 4 weeks for it to be replaced. My main issue was that, although westcoast claimed to manage the property on behalf of the land lady, they never once made a decision on her behalf when she was uncontactable.(she is notorious for ignoring all contact) so there was many frustrating aspect of our tenancy that could have been resolved by westcoast just doing their job. This resulted in myself and my husband constantly chasing and doing their job for them.

Hi Nicki, sorry to hear about your experience. One of the main frustrations we have as a managing agent is that without express permission from a particular landlord, we are not legally allowed to order replacements or repairs on their behalf when the landlord is unobtainable. After having checked the lettings file from when you rented with us, I can see this is exactly the situation we had with your property. While we can chase and act as quickly as possible on our end, legally our hands were tied until we had approval for individual works etc.
