Really great support from Westcoast Property! We recently moved into a new property in Lockleaze, and several people from Westcoast have been incredibly helpful to us, especially Beth and Ali. Beth was so kind and clear today in explaining our rights, particularly regarding the garden which was already overgrown before we moved in. Ali, our property manager, has also been very supportive, offering great advice and guidance during during our move-in phase. We were also kindly assisted by Brad, Emma, and Jacques during our application process and key collection, they were all super friendly, professional, and accommodating. So I initially tried to buy in Portishead but this fell through for various reasons. I then decided to rent and Westcoast made this process smooth and hassle free with special mention to a few members of staff who went above and beyond. Firstly Kelly in the weston branch worked a few miracles it getting all together on the same day with help from Emily in the Portishead branch.
