GoogleAs a private landlord I had been toying with idea of using an agent for years. Finally joined West Coast WSM and can honestly say one of my best decisions. GoogleI have to say this is good old fashioned customer oriented service. They were superb when I bought my house with them - flexible, informative, realistic. They were great helping me to find tradespeople when I was moving and really friendly about making referrals. When three months after I locked myself out, they were super supportive and really constructive in getting me some immediate help. A lovely team and entirely recommended.

GoogleThe property I was selling was on the market during the Covid-19 lockdown, which meant that it was a very difficult sell, but Westcoast did really well throughout the process. Customer service overall was also of a consistently high quality.

FacebookNailsea Westcoast team of Rachael and Gemma have been outstanding all the way through selling my home and purchasing another property. Right from the start they made me feel that my beloved family home of over 30 years was more that just a property to be marketed . They offer a very personalised service and gave me confidence all the way through. Lockdown affected the whole process of course but they kept in touch with me and informed of every development. I can’t praise them highly enough for their professionalism and personal interest. Highly recommended.

FacebookI have used this company when we bought our first home ( it was a first listing of Bristol branch), when we had to let it and in the end when we sold it. So I have over few years experience with their service and I couldn’t find one negative! Nick in Patchway branch is truly a professional with a heart, always listening and supporting client in not known waters and keeping the communication at the top. His team was excellent taking me through selling process with ease. I would recommend them 100%!
