The market dictates the value of properties, which can rise and fall depending on demand. GoogleWe just want to thank all of the team here at Westcoast Portishead. Especially Claire! She was outstanding and she worked so hard and was so efficient when we needed help finding a rental property. We didn't have a very long handover time before we had to be out of our previous place and we needed somewhere to move into within about 10days.. near on impossible. However Claire and the team were brilliant and made our move stress free and easy! Claire was fab. We look forward to staying in our rental property and making a home but will have no hesitation in using the team at Portishead again for either our next rental or to purchase our home. With a complicated chain that could have fallen through a few times, the highly experienced Gemma and rachael went above and beyond to make sure we got the property we wanted in the end.. I wish we would have sold our house through them as they ended up doing all the hard work ours should have been doing anyway.. Brilliant team in nailsea!! Highly recommended... Also highly recommend their mortgage advisor "Dan prowse" brilliant guy very friendly and professional..
