GoogleDidn’t act in our best interests when selling our house. Told potential buyers that we were desperate and could sell at 20k less than asking price. (Smart home security devices are great for seeing and hearing what goes on in your house when you’re not there) Luckily our buyers came on a Sunday so we got to do the sale ourselves. No “thanks for the business” either.

GoogleThey highly recommended their financial services. After the first meeting we received a text 5 days later wlje would go abroad then 4 days later I approached him again but he was quite puzzled why I was bothering him as he had shared all the info with me ... Total waste of time but he collected lots of confidential information. Seriously concerning !!!

GoogleRecently sold our house through West Coast Properties. We had a huge amount of interest in our property and sold the house quickly. Rich and Scott were extremely professional throughout the entire process and were happy to answer any of our queries. We were kept updated on a regular basis. Through the combination of their excellent service and using the services of their recommeded solicitor, the whole thing was completely stress free. Would recommend Rich and his team to anyone looking to sell or buy a property.

GoogleWe purchased a house in nailsea back in December. Had to say we had very little support from the estate agent with questions that needed to be answered it was like trying to get blood out of a stone. We were told by the surveyor they tried to book him in to do a survey on the house behind our backs to help the seller to sell. Even before we had the property report we were being pressured to exchange. We had to make sure we had double checked everything as the property was a listed building. Office staff are polite but wouldn't use westcoast again. (D Nicholls co owner)
Dear D Nicholls I am very sorry that you feel disappointed with your experience as we pride ourselves on excellent customer service. During your purchase all members of staff spoke to you at length almost on a daily basis and tried to resolve all queries as swiftly as possible but some of your inquiries required your solicitors attention and response. I hope you understand that it would have been wrong of us to try and answer questions of a legal matter. I believe there has been a misunderstanding with regards to the booking of the survey. As you had already liaised with the surveyor and the survey was taking place at a late stage in the process we merely asked the surveyor if he had availability for the day you had suggested. We were only trying to assist in getting it arranged for you. Ultimately our aim is to assist everyone with their moves at a time that works for all parties to ensure that the chain stays together and everyone moves into the home they wish to purchase. I am sorry to hear though that we have not meet your expectations on this occasions. GoogleRachael and the Nailsea Team successfully helped me sell my mother's house following her moving into a care home. I have been hugely impressed with the quality of the service provided. They have proved to be attentive and reliable. The advice given on the marketing of the property and consideration of offers received was very professional and I found the level of service provided was exceptional. They kept me closely informed of progress at all stages, gave advance notice of all planned viewings of the property and undertook all the appropriate checking of the credentials of potential purchasers. They also helped ensure that the solicitor kept up the pace of the necessary legal work. I'm really grateful for all the help provided and recommend their services.
