GoogleWe recently bought a house through west coast properties in Nailsea. The staff went out of their way to ensure we could view properties around our awkward working hours and were so informative throughout each property. From having our offer accepted through to completion Gemma at west coast was so supportive and always in communication with us. As first time buyers we really appreciated the effort she went to. The flowers on moving day were also a lovely touch! Thank you westcoast!

They dealt with the sale both professionally but were completely down to earth and approachable from the valuation of my property to completion of the sale. GoogleWow - what an amazing team in the Westcoast Nailsea office, we stupidly used a different estate agent to sell our home as opted for the one in the village we lived in. Westcoast were the agents dealing with the two other properties in our chain and the gap between the service they gave compared to our agents was huge. Also I believe at a lesser fee, if it wasn’t for Rachael at Nailsea we wouldn’t have moved and our selling fee should have gone to them not our own agents. We will certainly only use Westcoast in the future! Trustworthy and experts. Well done guys, keep up the great service you provide.

FacebookWe had our property on with an online estate agent for 6 weeks and did not have a viewing, we were continually told there was just no room in the market for our property. We moved to Westcoast and within 2 weeks we had 2 viewings and a sale agreed. Couldn’t be happier with all the guys in the Portishead office. Thank you!

GoogleWest Coast handled the sale of my property very efficiently and with good attention to detail. They were totally professional and transparent in their dealings with myself, the purchaser and my solicitor. The house was on the market for over two years, but this was due to legal proceedings, rather than West Coast's lack of marketing. At no time did I feel that they were not up to speed with the sale and communication between myself and West Coast was always excellent. Their brochure was excellently produced and internet marketing clear and concise. The speed to answer calls was always good and if their sales advisor was out of the office, they always got back to me. They showed clients round the property with a good background knowledge of the sale, and were always smartly dressed. I am totally satisfied with their performance and would recommend them without hesitation. Thank you West Coast!

GoogleCalled up to enquire about a property, was told it had been sold - on the off chance to went to the property and knocked on door ,and turns out it hadn't sold ? A week later viewed the property, told the estate agent we loved the house and the we felt it was slightly over priced , however when our house sold we would like to put an offer in , the estate agent promised follow up calls along with updates, to only now find the property has sold ! Absolutely no commutation , impossible to get hold of, had to call 25 times to actually get through. Left answer phone messages for Richard , who kindly won't get back to me! Thanks for your service :)

Clare at Westcoast was fantastic and really supportive when I was looking for a property to rent and when I was ready to buy I didn't hesitate in going to Westcoast first. Clare put me in touch with a local mortgage broker and the purchase is now going through. First class service.

GoogleI could not speak highly enough of Richard Skinner and the service that was provided by Westcoast properties. Richard was always available to speak to and sorted out any issues/ queries that we had in a timely manner. Our property was not on the higher scale of the housing market but you would not know that by the attentive nature of Richard and his team. I would highly recommend them to all my family and friends as a trusted estate agent within the Weston super Mare area. Thank you Richard and Westcoast.
