GoogleWe recently sold our Flat through Thorgills Ealing and genuinely were impressed. We have dealt with various ‘Big Name’ Agents to try and sell the flat and their customer service cannot compare to Thorgills, Reggie, Shoyab and Nebras were friendly, engaged and kept in contact regularly throughout the process even helping us progress our onward purchase. Thorgills was not only the most reasonable agent in terms of commission but also the only agent to not try and knock down our sale price after a couple of weeks to bag a quick easy sale.

GoogleGreat experience from the start. I cannot praise enough Luigi and his positive, enthusiastic and very honest approach to every single enquiry I had so far. He's always on hand when I needed his help, always responding on time so Thorgils Brentford is very lucky to have so dedicated and passionate team member like Luigi, great asset to your office .

GoogleGiving a one is so unfortunate as I would give a zero for the service and way Thorgills Brentford, have treated me. I have never felt so abandoned, kicked to the curb and robbed out of so much money. They don’t tell their clients of their nil deposit scheme, and then when the landlord/lady finds out she decides so not go ahead with the move even though she’s accepted the offer and done all the vetting which was so stressful for me and my family thanks to Haffeeza, in the client support team. She badged on with calls, texts and e-mail to me and my family who were my guarantors. They lie and add on fees where it’s not applicable, rush you through the whole process which is a nightmare and kills the excitement and enjoy for a first time renter like myself and have rude staff who don’t like to do viewings and want everything done my what’s app and FaceTime. They rush you, push you up against and the wall and pressure you into signing documents and advise you to make offers knowing you don’t match the affordability scale. One of my biggest mistakes is giving Thorgill the opportunity and pleasure to finding an apartment for myself and when you don’t want to move in they threaten you with legal action and tell you that they will ruin your credit score. I am now in a legal battle of getting my money back which is £3500 kept by the manager Simon at Brentford. I advice you guys out their stay away from Thorgills Brentford, they are full of liars, thieves and disgusting people to talk and deal with. This is coming from a 25 years old who is now terrified to move in to any rented property and I’m not keen of doing it in the future. Best of luck guys

GoogleLuigi did a fantastic job. He arranged a number of well qualified viewings for us all within the first week. He arrived for each viewing promptly, full of enthusiasm and armed with a good level of knowledge of the building and the local area. There were two things that helped Luigi stand out beyond this. Firstly, he was very comprehensive in the viewings he conducted providing buyers with a thorough showing of the flat, the building and communal area surrounding which helped distinguish our property from others in the area. Secondly. Luigi made the time to provide a good level of feedback to us, including both positive and constructive points, ensuring we are clear on the status of each prospective buyer after a viewing. This was helpful. Overall, Luigi is great to deal with and got us a good offer in just 7 days. Top job.

GoogleBe careful when d alI no with Thorgills, they took my two years commission,,” even though the tenant left after 1 year and only paid me for 8 months. I will be taking them to court to recover the payment. Also on a fully managed agreement they failed to do basic things like changing the council tax to the tenants name.
