GoogleI was supposed to see a property at 16:00. Then they called me to change the meeting at 18:15. Then they called me to meet at 17:50. After 30 minutes waiting in the place (Was 18:20 in that moment) I decided to call. The guy that arrange the visiting said that I was supposed to meet one of his colleagues and wasn't his problem if they came or not. He told me that I should go home. I never waste my time doing bad reviews, but they made me waste my time... So 1 star for them and their poorly service.

GoogleI am leaving this review after having dealt with Chloe Hall, the Tenancy Manager from the Brentford branch of Thorgill's. She has been absolutely fantastic! We had some troublesome tenants who left our property with significant arrears of unpaid rent. She dealt with things promptly and although it was a long process in the end, she always kept us in the loop at every stage, which was particularly helpful and also meant we never had to chase for updates! Her emails were always full of genuine warmth and courteousness, and she's been an absolute pleasure to deal with! Thanks again Chloe!!

GoogleFrom the beginning, we received a very hands on and eager-to-help approach from Thorgills. We have had some assistance from Shoyab, but mostly Reg handled things. We found both of them to be honest and forthcoming and helped us go from our first viewing to completion in record time, 7 weeks to the day in fact! It was our first time buying a house so really appreciated the information and efforts that they went to to help us with this, along with their recommendations and managing the chain's expectations throughout the process. I would recommend Thorgills, Ealing. Thankyou!
