GoogleI have over the past few years happily called upon Andre Ribeiro property management services at Thorgills Chiswick, and on all occasions I have been very impressed by his commitment to servicing my requests professionally, efficiently and on time, Andre is knowledgable and up to date on all procedures and processes within his specialty of property management, resolving any issues I may have had with confidence. Clearly an asset within Thorgills Chiswick Offices.

GoogleWe've unfortunately had a lot of issues with our property since we moved in and struggled to get any resolves until Andre Riberio came onboard and started helping us out. He's always been quick to respond including outside office hours which has been greatly appreciated by our house members. Andre is always polite and cooperative and genuinely seems as though he wants to help us which is refreshing. I hate to say it but we've had a sub par experience with Thorgills so far but Andre has somewhat redeemed them by his great service.

GoogleI was quiet nervous renting a property where we wouldn’t be dealing with the landlord directly, however Thorgills and in particular Kat Felton and the property management team have made it incredibly painless! Kat is responsive and easy to deal with, keeping us informed and proactive in chasing up issues for both ourselves and our landlord.

Kat has dealt with all my requests regarding the flat I am renting, promptly, with absolute professionalism, always being kind and showing commitment to the resolution of any issues. She really went to the extra mile by visiting our flat to collect an important document we had forgotten at home whilst we were traveling in South America and sending it to us. GoogleThorgills are purely FEES orientated just pay them the fees and be quiet and love it. Be careful of the re-marketing clause if you terminate tenancy early due to unforeseen tragic circumstance expect no sympathy and be prepared to pay fees. not all agents do this - it is immoral by definition. but not illegal as they put it in the contract.
