GoogleI have received an excellent service so far with a much better experience than most other agencies I’ve used in the past. I'm particularly impressed and thankful with the service received from Haffeeza however, my emails / calls are responded to promptly by all of the staff. GoogleI have recently been helped by Chloe Hall of Thorgills. Chloe Hall helpfully assisted me in recovering a substantial sum of money from the landlord-tenant deposit protection scheme against a defaulting tenant who caused significant damage to my property. Chloe was at all times courteous, professional, pro-active, responsible and is an asset to any estate agent back office operation. Many people believe that estate agents are good at the “sale” and not so good in the “after - sale”. Chloe Hall was a refreshing breath of air and not only did she diligently chased up this matter for me, but she kept me updated, informed and reassured throughout the entire process. I highly commend her sincerity and efforts - to succeed in the claim is only the icing on the cake. Well done and thank you very much Chloe. Thorgills are lucky to have you!!

GoogleI’m giving 5 stars for Haffeeza from Turbham Green office. Honestly she is just wonderful. She helped so much me and boyfriend with the new room and not only When I asked her if we can get one more wardrobe she replied to me straight away and even when I told her we will go on holidays so we will not be home, she came up with a solution that is suitable for us. ????????????

GoogleBig thanks to Kat Felton from the Property Management Department for all her assistance and updates. Kat has been amazing, when we had a serious issue with no water over the xmas period she kept me informed with any progress she made speaking with the landlord and 3rd parties until the matter was resolved.

GoogleI had two properties for sale with Thorgills Brentford - with both properties the team were excellent and handled the process really well. I would happily recommend them. Daniel and the sales team are professional and really personable. I found them honest, hard working and easy to work with. Their knowledge of the area and the local sales market is spot on. From start to finish I found the service worth every penny of commission and I would definitely use them again.

GoogleGreat service and team at Thorgills. Highly recommend if you are selling a flat. They got lots of interest in our property in Acton after a difficult time with another agent and got it sold.
